Before clocking in, every CDL driver walks the coach and signs off a 15 to 20 point pre-trip form: brakes, lights, tires, fluids, AC, restroom, emergency gear, interior. Nothing leaves the yard until each box is checked.

MCA runs on Saucon Technologies, an intelligent transportation platform built for motorcoach, transit and school bus fleets. Drivers clock in, dispatch sees every coach in real time, and mechanics diagnose engines remotely. ELD hours of service, DVIR driver inspections, GPS tracking, predictive diagnostics and 5 to 6 onboard cameras per coach. DOT compliance and passenger safety, end to end.

Operating a large fleet every day, we've built a reliable lost-and-found process to help reunite passengers with their belongings. Every coach is inspected after each trip by the driver and again overnight by our cleaning team. Every recovered item is tagged with the bus number, date, group and client, entered into our tracking system and securely stored for up to 30 days. Unclaimed items are donated to charities supporting children and teens.
